For the Worker Jacket editorial, I sculpted an industrious atmosphere, intertwining stainless steel cables throughout the jacket—mirroring its zipper material and underscoring its worker silhouette inspiration. The visual approach was meticulous: capturing each facet of the jacket from a singular perspective, zooming into every intricate detail. This deliberate framing not only brings forth the construction ambience via the set design but also through the very essence of the photography, melding form and function seamlessly.
For the Hicho editorial, a parallel universe emerges, where luxury and athleticism entwine, represented by Y-3’s Hicho shoe crafted by Yoshi Yamamoto. The Thorne s34 leather vita chair portrays opulence, heightened by the model’s classic suited stance. This contrasts sharply with the gritty spirit of streetwear—an oversized shirt, vest, and the rebellious skateboard. Emphasizing this duality, the model stands atop the chair and skateboard, resonating with the shoe’s thick platform, symbolizing elevation and unity of these two worlds. Framing this tale are shots of the shoe suspended in a land of nowhere, an ode to the limitless expanse of imagination where these two universes collide.

For the Aeroready editorial, I captured the poignant reality of home workouts during the Covid era—a shared experience of solitary sweat. Leveraging the aeroready technology’s prowess against perspiration, I chose to spotlight only the non-aeroready, non-breathable parts with sweat—emphasizing contrast and visual storytelling. The result? A vividly perspired adidas logo and zipper, juxtaposed against the otherwise dry expanse, driving home the narrative of enduring readiness. Because impossible is nothing.
